Ursinus College

Course Description

Designed for those interested in practical information beyond the introductory level. Attendees will become thoroughly familiar with techniques necessary for solving advanced, difficult separation problems. Focus will be on advanced detection, unique uses of reversed-phase, chiral, SFC, Ion chromatography, SEC, LC/MS, fast LC, Nano & Micro LC/CEC and troubleshooting. Participants are encouraged to bring problems for discussion and troubleshooting. Laboratory includes LC/MS, Ion chromatography, size exclusion, advanced detection including DAD and ORD, chiral and SFC. Since enrollment in the laboratory is limited, participants are encouraged to register early.
