How to Become a Sponsor

The Chromatography Forum welcomes commercial sponsorships. Please contact us if your company might be interested. Currently, the sponsorship applies to a single dinner meeting. Some vendors look for a lecture topic matching their commercial interest. Other companies look for a well-known speaker. As a sponsor, you will be provided with an information table during the social hour before the meeting. You can provide any display or commercial literature that you want (catalogs, brochures, application notes, etc.).
Sponsorship also includes the following:

• Email and snail-mail (hardcopy) announcements will include a statement that the meeting is sponsored by your company.
• A verbal announcement during the meeting to all attendees that your company sponsored the meeting
• You may also distribute a small promotional item or gift such as a pen, notepad, etc. to each guest (optional) However, sponsorship does not allow you any influence on choice of speaker or topic.

If you are interested, we can inform you of upcoming meetings that do not yet have a sponsor.
