About This Meeting

Following a brief summary of biopharmaceutical product quality testing, the lecture will focus on Size Exclusion Chromatography including a review of applications employed in biopharmaceutical analysis, evolution of analytical column separation performance, and current challenges. The trend within biopharmaceuticals includes an ever-evolving landscape of protein therapeutics including bispecifics, co-formulated or co-administered treatments, and conjugated products.  The variety of candidates along with their respective physical characteristics increases the complexity of method development, validation, and transfer requiring a commitment to continuous improvement and technical oversight of commercial testing partners.
